Banyoles: E-Bike Tour with Beekeeping Visit and Honey Tasting
Hop on an electric bike and join me on a scenic ride through the landscapes surrounding Lake Banyoles.
We'll start in Banyoles and cycle towards Platja d'Espolla, a seasonal pond famous for its mysterious triops, tiny prehistoric crustaceans that emerge only after heavy rain. From there, we'll follow the green route across the Pla de Martís, a peaceful plateau surrounded by fields, wind, and silence—perfect for soaking in nature. We’ll continue to Esponellà, where we’ll take a break for breakfast.
The experience continues with a very special activity:

All year except August: we’ll visit a local beekeeping project, where you’ll discover the fascinating world of bees and enjoy a guided honey tasting led by local producers.
After this immersion into the rural and natural life of Pla de l’Estany, we’ll cycle back to Banyoles, completing a 4-hour unforgettable experience, designed for those who love to move, explore, and enjoy their surroundings.
